Tim Montgomery Joins HelpSocial Board

HelpSocial is thrilled to announce that Customer Service Leader and Contact Center Management Veteran, Tim Montgomery, has joined the HelpSocial Board of Directors.

Tim has been a pioneer for the modern-day contact center as an early adopter of cloud technologies. He began his career in the contact center space with USAA back in the ‘90s. Later, foregoing on-premise gear for more agile and scalable cloud software, he and his business partner, Tim Handren (former COO of USAA), ran a wildly successful contact center outsourcing business, Culture. Service. Growth. (CSG).

In 2014 and 2015, CSG made the Inc. 500 fastest growing companies list, a testament to their dedication to innovation, business savvy and putting people first. By 2016, the organization grew to nearly 1000 employees and in April 2016 was acquired by Qualfon, a large business process outsourcer.

Tim Montgomery and Tim Handren continue to provide leadership strategy guidance and solution consulting for enterprises in the contact center space through their new venture, Alamo Cloud Solutions.

Tim joins the HelpSocial board to lend his expertise in sales and innovation. HelpSocial is established in the middle of a contact center market being disrupted by non-voice customer service channels and digital capabilities like social media, messaging and artificial intelligence.

“Tim’s reputation is very well known in this space,” says Matt Wilbanks, CEO and Cofounder of HelpSocial. “His experience in the contact center, and his ability to identify strategic and high payoff opportunities is like none other. We are truly honored that he has chosen to spend his time with us, as we gear up for helping our customers with the next wave of digital customer engagement.”

Says Tim of his new relationship with HelpSocial, “This team and the platform they provide has potential to drive efficiencies for all organizations trying to understand their internal digital transformation. From new customer service channels to emerging automation technologies, HelpSocial opens up accessibility like never before. I’m excited to see the strides we can make together.”
